To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, we kindly request that reservations be made in advance. This allows us to provide you with the highest level of service and to accommodate your preferred appointment times.

Because of our utmost respect for the comfort of our guests, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children under the age of 16 to the spa. 

Any spa guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent before receiving treatment, and any guests between the ages of 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the spa areas and the treatment rooms for the duration of visit.

To ensure the most relaxing treatment experience for both you and other spa guests, please be aware of voice volumes and leave all cell phones on silent mode in your locker while in the spa.

Before your treatment begins, tell your therapist which areas you would like to focus on, and if there are any areas to be avoided. During your treatment, let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort. Communication is the key to getting the treatment you want.

For the optimal Shibui Spa experience we invite you to check in early for your appointment and enjoy our Thermal Soaking Tub, Swedish Dry Sauna, and spend a few quiet moments in our Relaxation Lounge prior to your appointment. Our soaking tub and sauna are co-ed and swimming suits are required. You will need to be in your robe and ready for your treatment at least 5 minutes before your appointment time. Please note that all treatments must start and end on time. If you arrive late, we may not be able to complete the full service, and treatment fees cannot be prorated.

All guests are invited to enjoy refreshments in the relaxation area, luxuriate on the sun deck, warm in our Swedish dry sauna, and soak in our thermal tub before and after each treatment. Discover the essence of true relaxation at Shibui Spa.

It is recommended that you begin coordinating at least 6 weeks in advance of your party. Our appointment specialists will plan the perfect day you you and your friends or family.

• Gratuities - There is a 20% gratuity on all parties of 5 or more.

• Cancellation - There is a 48-hour cancellation policy on all groups of four (4) or more.

Our changing rooms are stocked with every amenity you could need including showers, robes, slippers, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, razors, hair dryers, styling products, feminine products and more.

If it is necessary to reschedule, cancel, or change your appointment …… please give a 24-hour notice to avoid being charged 50% of your service fee. We provide reminder calls one day prior to all appointments.  There is a 48-hour cancellation policy on all parties of Four (4) or more.  All spa services require a credit card to hold a reservation.
